Finance Specialist Product Development
Responsabilites:
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business partner with
regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
- Support creation of yearly financial objectives that align with the business
partners plan for growth and expansion
- Prepare and may present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly
profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow
- Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance
and financial procedures
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners
- Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relates to
operational strategy / Enterprise goals
- Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
- Assist team in prioritization of workload, paint a picture to influence
decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key
analysis assumptions
Additional Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Degree with focus in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or
Engineering.
Solid experience (+5 years) in Finance (FP&A, P&L, Business Case Analysis, Budget,
Reporting, etc).
Advanced or Fluent English.
Advanced or Fluent Portuguese.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Excel).
Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazi - in a hybrid regime
(3 times per week on site).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in Spanish (desired).
Knowledge of Power BI & SAP will be an advantage.
Experience in the automotive industry or related will be desired.
