Job Description:
Travel : Candidate will be expected to travel to client offices in country on
adhoc basis (expenses will be covered)
Educational Background :
Ï Typically, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a
related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management
(such as CBAP,
PMI-PBA) can be advantageous.
Experience with Oracle BRM :
Ï Functional experience in implementing Oracle Billing & Revenue Management or
similar Billing &
Rating solutions, particularly in the fintech sector. This includes familiarity
with billing operations,
pricing configurations, customer management, and revenue assurance.
Industry Experience:
Ï Experience working in the fintech industry, understanding its regulatory
environment, financial
products, and technology needs. Knowledge of payment systems, digital wallets, or
banking
interfaces is beneficial.
Project Management Skills :
Ï Ability to manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure
timely delivery of
IT solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworks can be
particularly
useful.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Ï Fluency in both English and Portuguese, enabling effective communication with
local teams in
Brazil as well as international stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Ï Strong analytical capabilities to assess business requirements, conduct gap
analyses, and
translate business needs into technical solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Ï Understanding of software development life cycles, database management, and
basic
programming concepts. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages
used in Oracle
environments.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ï Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a
team environment and interact with all levels of management.
Adaptability and Learning:
Ï Since fintech is a rapidly evolving industry, the ability to learn quickly and
adapt to new
technologies and changes in the market is crucial.
Responsibilities:
Ï Gathering and defining business requirements from internal and external
stakeholders.
Ï Working closely with IT teams to design and implement Oracle BRM solutions that
align with
business goals.
Ï Ensuring that the Oracle BRM system integrates seamlessly with other fintech
platforms and
services.
Ï Conducting user training sessions and preparing user manuals and documentation.
Ï Overseeing testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing,
and user acceptance
testing.
Ï Providing ongoing support and system enhancements post-implementation to improve
performance and adapt to new business needs.
