ROLE PURPOSE
Support and maintenance of the Fleet Personnel Tools
Technical and Functional point of contact for the business related to processes
managed through Fleet Personnel Tools
Work closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing
of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement
opportunities.
Support system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as
assigned.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Functional End user support:
understand tool functionalities and processes managed in the tool, propose
solutions and actions, communicate to End Users on progress
Follow up on user Tickets:
through ServiceNow and (if applicable) internal tracker
Manage access to the Fleet Personnel Tools:
user lists, accesses, and permissions
Support on End User familiarization training
Support the Fleet Personnel Process and Tools team on the creation of learning
material for the Fleet Personnel Tools
Manage updates/configuration of the Crew Management Tool
Tool related communications:
communication to End Users on tool maintenance or updates
Support the Digital Fleet Personnel Analyst with technical integration to other
applications, in collaboration with IT
Support end users through technical enhancements developments, testing, and
implementation
Propose solutions/reviews to existing (crewing) processes
ROLE REQUIRIMENTS
Previous successful experience with End User support, preferably related to HRIS /
Crew Management Tools
Proven trouble shooting capabilities and problem-solving mindset
Able to work in an environment with frequent changes to tasks and priorities
Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders in different layers of the
organization
Knowledge of crewing operational processes and practices is a plus
Fluent English
