Responsibilities * Create and develop visual assets, including characters, environments, objects, and user interfaces, that align with the game's artistic vision. * Collaborate closely with the development and marketing team to ensure that assets meet the game's technical and design requirements. * Maintain stylistic consistency across all visual elements of the game. * Iterate and refine assets based on team feedback and gameplay testing. * Demonstrate strong communication skills by clearly articulating ideas, providing constructive feedback, and actively participating in team discussions. * Meet delivery deadlines and maintain clear communication about work progress. Must-have Requirements * Proven experience in creating visual assets for games, preferably in 2D environments. * Strong proficiency in graphic design and animation tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, etc. * Solid knowledge of design principles, composition, color, and illustration. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with team members. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept constructive feedback. * Passion for games and understanding of game design fundamentals is a plus.
