Responsabilidades e atribuições: Atingir Plano de Vendas em curto e longo prazo para os clientes, trabalhar na criação de um pipeline de novos negócios. Gerenciar a margem de contribuição em alinhamento às estratégias locais e globais definidas para cada conta. Promover o conhecimento do portfólio de produtos através de demonstrações, propostas e tech days. Reportar status dos materiais para o cliente e laboratório PPG Manter os clientes atuais e gerenciar o resultado financeiro da conta com reajustes de preço, gerenciamento de novas tecnologias, e desafiar o time técnico para redução de custos nas plataformas atuais e futuras. Coordenar a transferência de know how de forma a atender às necessidades do mercado. Gerenciamento de eventuais inadimplências. Gerenciamento das previsões de vendas para redução do capital de giro. Implementação e gerenciamento do crescimento financeiro alinhado ao planejamento tecnológico. Gerenciar todas as funções em conformidade com PPG Blueprint, P&L, metas de Segurança e Qualidade, sempre seguindo o Código de Ética na condução de negócios. Requisitos e qualificações: Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia ou Química. Desejável Inglês Avançado. Conhecimento na área Comercial ou Técnica, preferencialmente em indústrias de revestimentos.
