WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Engineer Manager Vinhedo has 3 main functions:
Lead design and execution of Vinhedo Full Factory Master Plan
Look after consistency and alignment of B&W SOLA Capex (Tortuguitas + Vinhedo)
Follow up and early deviation detection of Capex B&W Latam
Full BUs Capex lead and execution in Vinhedo Factory;
B&W Capex design, define and capex strategy alignment for South Latam Factories
Develop team members for strategy execution aligned with BUs priorities, engage
the team and factory;
Build a solid team that is a key player for the implementation of Vinhedo
Transformation Journey Be part of Leadership team of Vinhedo Factory in Factory
Committee Develop a cross SOLA Eng network able to develop new technologies
solutions for BU transformation;
Strength bonds with key supplies and develop new, local and alternative technology
suppliers of technical solutions for business needs. Support Quality, Safety and
Maintenance area to develop new projects to achieve the goals and targets for
Vinhedo;
Apply 7 steps of EEM (early equipment management) methodology as project way of
working (connect with UMS) Build a Contractors Safety Program with all standards
of Construction Safety rules (SHE 400) Sustainability agenda for B&W SOLA Leader
of assets utilization (WIP capitalization) with plan of Fixed Assets to support
finance strategy;
Write off plan and previous impact;
Leader of engineering team budget for Vinhedo (labour and services annual plan);
Procurement strategy to main projects (adherence and tracking marks).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English;
Strong Technical skills in project management and early equipment management;
Previous experience in engineering project leadership and factory master plan
development;
Able to lead projects and manage multicategory inputs and land in a single Factory
Projects Master Plan;
Position requires Capex administration above 10 MM Euro per year
Strategy and negotiation with stakeholders
