Airswift is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to work in a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of general Manufacturing activities, in accordance with the planning constraints, associated costs, technical and quality requirements of the projects. The professional is the point of contact for the Manufacturing subcontractors and the Company on the manufacturing sites, as well as supervising and leading the activities carried out by the analysts and specialists. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out periodic visits to the manufacturing sites with effective participation in the daily programming meetings to ensure productivity; Supervising structural integrity studies relating to the manufacturing discipline; Reviewing procedures, engineering drawings and other technical documents; Implementing technical solutions together with other engineering teams, taking cost and time reduction as premises; Identifying risks and opportunities, as well as proposing and implementing mitigation actions in manufacturing processes; Creating a workplace culture free of incidents and accidents, promoting safety as the first value for the Manufacturing Team and Subcontractors; Manage the manufacturing subcontractor and ensure compliance in HSE, quality management and control, schedule, cost, documentation and reporting; Liaise with the Manufacturing Project Manager to help him manage the manufacturing team; Create a positive HSE culture, ensuring it is adhered to and implemented across the manufacturing sites; Ensure that the Production Quality Plan/Inspection and Test Plan, if required, is in place and followed; JOB QUALIFICATIONS Complete university degree in Engineering or courses related to exact areas.
