Manage Logistics (warehousing (3PL), Freight and Logistical maneuvers) in multiple countries in Latin America. Develop and implement an optimized distribution model improving costs and time. Review and adjust metrics establishing action plan to support continuous improvement. Develop, improve, and implement a standardized process to manage the 3PL ensuring SLAs and KPIs will be met. Establish a strong communication always seeking for the best customer service. Design, implement and execute logistics plans for high complex deliveries. Lead the team creating an inclusive high-performance culture. Educations and Certifications: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain Must be able to function with limited day to day direction Proficient in Microsoft Office Application 10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacture, Logistics Proficient in English is a must. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus. Requirements: Develops high tech products / solutions / methods according to the business needs. Continuous Improvements.
