Act as a Project Manager. Lead this project that encompasses E2E transformation
providing for alignment, adherence and execution of this initiative in multiple
operating units across LatAm & North America. Guarantee that the project is on
time, accomplish main objectives by providing control and follow up of key
activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, identifying and
communicating to all key stakeholders & Design Lead.

Professional in Engineering, Business Administration or any other similar major.
Preferably with a MBA.Highly recommended to be PMP Certified or other valid
Project Management methodologyFluent in English and SpanishBusiness know-how and
knowledgeHighly results orientedAnalytic orientedCapable to lead multifunctional
teams to common objectives.Capable to manage direct and indirect stakeholders with
high organizational Level (Directors)Negotiation & Influence capabilities.Strong
written and verbal communication skills.Presentation and facilitation skills. As
R2P PMO your responsibilities would consist of:· Project Documentation:Support the
definition, documentation, and implementation of the end-to-end Project Lifecycle
Process.Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, schedules,
and status reports.Ensure that project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and
accessible to relevant team members. · Team Communication:Facilitate communication
among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Schedule and
coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. ·
Task Tracking:Monitor project progress and track task completion to ensure
alignment with project timelines and goals.Identify and report any deviations from
the project plan to the Design Lead · Resource Allocation:Assist in resource
allocation and utilization by coordinating with team members and department
leads.Help maintain resource calendars and assist with resource scheduling. · Risk
and Issue Management:Identify and document project risks and issues.Collaborate
with the Design Lead to develop and implement mitigation strategies.· Quality
Assurance:Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to
ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
