Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize global processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Conduct comprehensive process analyses to enhance performance and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update global process documentation.
Support in the implementation of new technologies to enhance process
effectiveness.
Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making recommendations for
enhancement.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a robust background in
end-to-end process ownership and management. The ideal candidate brings a proven
track record of enhancing operational efficiency through process improvements,
demonstrating expertise in comprehensive process mapping, analysis, and
optimization techniques. Proficient in leveraging ERP systems, workflow automation
tools, and data management systems, the candidate maintains a deep understanding
of IT governance and security principles. Their proficiency in utilizing data
analytics tools allows them to extract valuable insights, and identify trends,
patterns, and optimization opportunities, supported by a solid grasp of key
performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring process performance.
You will excel in leading process transformation and change management
initiatives. Adept at developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful
adoption of new processes. With familiarity with change management methodologies
and tools, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you
build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams
across the globe. Able to demonstrate a strategic mindset and can consistently
identify long-term opportunities for process optimization and value creation.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills who can advocate for process
improvements, gaining buy-in across our global organization.
Qualifications
Finance degree or higher-level business qualification/s in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance or a relevant functional area
Minimum 5+ years of specific, process experience, ideally within large-scale
multinational, complex, matrix organisation
Exposure to process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology, Six Sigma,
Lean, Innovation Methodology, Design Thinking
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven technical and systems architecture knowledge incl. a solid understanding of
ERP systems, such as Oracle and ServiceNow.
