Skills and Qualifications " SQL (knowledge of writing statements is preferred), General IT skill sets. " Ability and eagerness to learn Business processes and associated technologies " Requirements Gathering  Participate in design and requirements discussions with architects and business stakeholders to understand and document work item details. " Stewardship  Stewardship of application tickets/issues, including when working with 3rd party vendors. Participation in governance, checkpoint, and status calls to represent, monitor, and progress work items. " Collaboration  Collaborate with other teams (internal and external) to understand E2E processes, report issues, request enhancements, etc. This should be a continuous process until an issue is considered fully resolved/completed. " Planning & Coordination  Plan and coordinate application changes, testing activities, or upgrades. This can range from an individual ticket/change to an entire application upgrade. Includes management of change/communications with IT and business stakeholders. Excel (macro skills); data reporting Powershell scripting, (nice to have) " Cloud knowledge, (nice to have) " Genetec Certified (nice to have; preferred) *On call rotation, may need to be picked up by analyst IT degree in any area.
