About The Role
The GTM Enablement Coordinator, Messaging, will develop and manage sales, CS,
partner, and marketing collateral, focusing on aligning messaging across GTM
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and disseminate training materials and sales enablement collateral that
reflect the companys value proposition.
Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring
a smooth transition and integration into Fundraise Up's ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding resources,
documentation, and training materials.
Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Develop training programs that include sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale
and Solution Selling.
Track and measure the effectiveness of the enablement initiatives to continuously
refine strategies.
Collaborate with reps to showcase the value proposition of new features and drive
product adoption.
Orchestrate the translation of new product and market developments and insights to
valuable, revenue-driving collateral and learning programs.
Steer the development of standardized value proposition, positioning, motion, and
acumen trainings based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in GTM functions with a solid understanding of marketing, channel,
sales, and success processes and methodologies.
Proven ability in content creation and training program development.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
