You must manage the School Units, following RED HOUSE guidelines, focusing on excellence in functional, pedagogical and administrative results:Ensure student learning through the highest quality of education and promote excellent service to RED HOUSE families;Manage the RED HOUSE unit globally, ensuring the school's operation in an organic way;Responsible for all the results of the School, whether pedagogical or administrative-financial, with the objective of achieving and exceeding the set goals, being responsible for keeping the team aligned with the strategic objectives of RED HOUSE;Direct the school within the legal norms of the educational system, following ordinances and instructions, complying with the deadlines and requirements established by the local Education Departments;Plan the school calendar (meetings, field trips and other events), following the guidelines of the network;Guide the RED HOUSE pedagogical team by closely monitoring the students' development;Evaluate the performance of the pedagogical team, promoting constant professional development;Keep in touch with families, offering support and assistance whenever necessary, by email, in person or through the app;Participate in the process of recruiting the pedagogical and administrative staff, if necessary, in order to hire the best professionals;Act in the environment of these professionals presenting the education system, school calendar, procedures and standards of the institution;Eventually accompany the entry and exit of students at the gate, ensuring that this moment is safe and sound;Whenever possible, follow the meal times, observing the students' meals, as well as the play time moments, in order to identify the group's interaction and guide the team on any need for adjustments in the routine;Organizing with partner companies the extracurricular activities offered to students and accompanying these classes, whenever possible, providing feedback to partners;Supervise, together with the coordinator/teacher, when necessary, the planning of activities for students with special needs and inclusion cases;Oversee the review and delivery of Report Cards to families;Participate in PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meeting) together with teachers/coordinators, whenever a situation of greater criticality is identified;Hold weekly meetings with the coordinator to monitor the school unit and ensure the alignment of practices;Evaluate the quality of teaching by monitoring pedagogical indicators and feedback from stakeholders (parents, students, teachers and other employees), working together with the Coordinator to define local action plans;Promote pedagogical training (Academic Meetings, Beginning of the school year and others), ensuring professional development of the RED HOUSE pedagogical team;Promote parent-teacher meetings (PEC  Parents Education Conference) at the beginning of each semester;Evaluate and control the unit's material requests, forwarding purchase orders to the finance department, whenever necessary;Validate and monitor the adaptation plan for new students;Attend individually, in person or by telephone, professionals who accompany the student, whenever a situation of greater criticality is identified;Medicate, whenever necessary, students as long as they bring the medication and the medical prescription;Provide basic first-aid care to students whenever necessary;Accompany students who need hospital care together with the nurse, whenever possible and necessary;Verification of the menu and conversation with the nutritionist to adjust the food issues offered to students, when necessary;Evaluate, develop, engage the team, preparing successors for critical positions;Ensure the maintenance of assets, evaluating and prioritizing based on available resources and demanding actions from the administrative team;Act in the identification of operational improvements in the School's processes, suggesting and implementing projects aligned with the RED HOUSE strategy, as long as they are approved by the Pedagogical Director of the Network;Perform related activities whenever necessary or requested by the immediate superior. Education: Degree in Pedagogy with qualification in Administration/School Management at undergraduate level Experience: 2 (two) years in basic education;Desirable 5 years of experience in the area of Education in positions of Coordination and/or Direction Languages: Fluent/ Native English Specific Technical Knowledge:School Management;Corporate Finance;Competent Legislation;BNCC. Desirable Knowledge:People Management;Management Change Management;IB Methodology;Non-Violent Communication.
