Job Description Human Resources Business Partner  Seeds Production & Supply Description Uberlândia You will be part of the Syngenta Seeds Business - Human Resources Business Partners team. This role requires high learning agility, people acumen and resilience to drive constant changes and transformation, to enable organization and empower leaders/managers to achieve our Priorities and deliver Strategy. Responsibilities: To provide HR partnership to operational leadership teams, to develop and implement people strategies to support the implementation of the respective business/function strategy. Ensure that the implications of the global and regional people strategy are well understood and aligned and that the HR capability and culture is in place to enable delivery. Develop and implement the HR strategy to support the Production & Supply area for Brazil and Paraguay. Develop and implement Human Resources solutions related to people processes (Development, Succession, Leadership, Diversity); Take responsibility for the embedding of robust people management disciplines in the region including talent management, people development, performance management, and facilitate cross functional/business forums to enable effective people management and development. Act as a consultant for topics related to Human Resources, generating a link between managers, teams, and businesses. Partner with regional Expertise Centers and HR services to ensure development and delivery of effective HR processes. Strengthen the agile culture, of innovation, of strategic and visionary management of the teams and mainly of the Client at the Center. "// /Previous experience in HR roles at a Managerial level. "// /Experience with implementation and execution of processes related to HR subsystems. "// /Desirable experience working with Organization Development, compensation, change management, stakeholder management among others. "// /Domain of Office suite tools.
