Partner with the best As Niteroi HSE Leader, you will manage the existing HSE team and be responsible for the overall HSE leadership of the Flexible Pipeline Systems (FPS) Business which comprised of a Manufacturing area as well as the Logistics Base. You will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining our HSE culture as well as assure that risk management measures are in place and remain effective for our fixed facilities and Customer Sites. As the Niteroi HSE Leader, you will be responsible for: Provide leadership, strategy, development, and structure to HSE Team at the site. Maintaining Government HSE compliance, reporting requirements, and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures. Acting as subject-matter expert to leadership on HSE topics including lifting and rigging, emergency preparedness, working at height and general risk management. Maintaining Government HSE compliance, reporting requirements, and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures. Advising and guiding the site Leadership Team regarding compliance to governmental regulations, environmental permitting, improvement projects, and both internal and external processes, and procedures, for the FPS business. Managing communication externally about HSE matters  with relevant regulators, clients, community, and industry forums. Leading on internal communication in alignment with the Region and global HSE initiative, Including managing oversight of the local HSE SharePoint sites. Ensures compliance with Internal Baker Hughes HSE requirements through both Self-Assessment and Internal audit as well as client and other external audits such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification/maintenance. Work with leadership to ensure practical measures are in place within the workplace to control or reduce risk. Monitors HSE performance, present and analyze trending of events and concerns. Creating programs and initiatives to improve performance while keeping the site leadership informed and engaged. Development and maintenance of risk assessments and local procedures to manage and reduce risk based on contractual, Baker Hughes, regulatory and/or client requirements. Ensure the reports, investigations, and closure of incidents in a timely manner. Ensure HSE activities are conducted within budget. Identify HSE capex needs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university with a Pos-Graduation in Safety Engineer. Have proven experience in HSE leadership position. Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standards. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Be available to travel as required. Have the ability to influence others and lead complex multidisciplinary teams. Be skilled in problem identification and solving. Have proven analytical and organizational ability. Be proficient in HAZOPS and HAZID Assessments, Project Risk Assessments and development of Risk Management Plans.
