They are responsible for pre-deployment activity supporting the correct flow of
the initial split of the Financial budget to clients / partners in order to
prepare basis for all quota calculations; they will also follow-up the deployment
of Targets and Quotas, setting territories and issuing IPLs for sales population
within their scope of responsibility; they're activities may also include
providing direction to Market and Geo leadership.
They act as a Trusted Business Advisor for the Sales Teams for any commission
related matters.
Their responsibility is to ensure commission payments are released timely and
accurately.
They execute Achievement and Payment validation on a monthly basis and in addition
they maintain the other pillars of Global Sales Incentives (Debit, Inquiry, ...)
on track, following the guidelines and within the metrics.
They should have solid knowledge on Incentives plans / measurements and mechanics
for commissions payments, communication skills and knowledge on the tools (IBM
Seller Incentives (ISI), Achievement & payment validation tool (APV), QMF,
Microsoft Excel, etc.).
They are able to solve issues within E2E sales coverage, quota & commission
process.
They act as trusted business advisor to sales managers and squad analysts within
end to end sales coverage, quota & commission area.
