Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical training for the maintenance of aircraft in the fleet AH/Helibras fleet. Responsabilities: Acting as an Airframe Instructor for the various courses offered by the Helibras Training Center for the aircraft models in the AH/Helibras fleet, providing theoretical and practical training on the various airframe systems for the qualification and retraining of mechanics. Updating and correcting teaching material. Preparing/standardizing questions for the test bank. Preparing and delivering theoretical and practical training. Prepare/standardize training plans and course programs. Keeping up to date with the calendar of planned courses. Sharing responsibility for keeping their qualifications valid with their supervisor. Identifying and pointing out to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector/ working on technological research and development activities related to their area of work. Requirements: Minimum of five years' maintenance experience as a mechanic on Airbus helicopters. CHT in Airframe. CHT in GMP desirable. Proficiency in English, sufficient to attend and pass training courses at Airbus Helicopters. Experience in the role desirable. Elaborar/ Padronizar planos de treinamento e programas de curso. Manter-se atualizado com o calendário de cursos previstos. Compartilhar com a supervisão a responsabilidade de manter válidas suas habilitações. Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor/ atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.
