Integrated Marketing Events Manager
Genesys is looking for a strategic data driven, results-oriented and highly
motivated, pipeline focused Integrated Marketing Events Manager based in Brazil
(or Chile) to support our growing region with flexible and growth mindset with a
test, learn, innovative and iterate approach, always willing to learn, experiment
and value progress.
The Integrated Events manager shall be a high performer, with a sense of urgency
and constantly striving to deliver results by executing events with a 360-degree
scope. It is also important to have fun, understanding and solving root causes of
problems and then innovate and use creativity to experiment on new ideas and
tactics.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, supporting, and
monitoring the Regional Events Marketing plan for each program you will need to
orchestrate and execute different event tactics ranging from in person and digital
events. Focus on flawless execution is important as this will ensure the
generation of pipeline from the activities.
You will need to act as project manager aligning and orchestrating cross
functional marketing areas, agencies, and internal teams to ensure all tactics get
executed in a timely manner and in good quality.
This position will report to the Regional Events Lead and will work and
collaborate effectively with a remote regional team, in collaboration with its
Corporate and Regional peers, Digital Managers and Partner Marketing to integrate
all initiatives with a strategic mindset, building programs that scale to ensure
lead / opportunities / pipeline pace is on target working with Sub Region Sales
teams to maintain a constant flow of Pipeline and Bookings Generation.
In this role, you will be able to mix your creativity and passion for events,
apply your strategic thinking into actionable marketing tactics to accelerate our
leads taking them to a full end to end journey.
You will be responsible for developing 360 event strategies and tactics to surpass
monthly targets and goals, evolve our audience mix, raise conversion rates, lower
CPLs, improve MQLs, and increase Opportunities and Pipeline generation among other
KPIs.
You should have a strong understanding of B2B pipeline creation marketing tactics
as well as deep understanding of engaging both IT & Line of Business audiences
across enterprise and commercial segments. You proudly identify as a marketer but
understand and foster the critical relationship we have with sales.
You will be responsible for optimizing the local events budget across all
Channels, suppliers and administrative tasks that might derive from it. You bring
a data driven mindset when making decisions on tactics to be implemented.
Qualifications and Requirements:
This is a Cross functional role:
You are the glue that holds revenue generating programs together by co-planning,
communicating plans and aligning actions across areas.
Youll be responsible for effectively landing our global and regional campaigns in
region translated into events, optimized for market specific nuances and tactics
across digital, partner, and field marketing programs.
Data driven mindset required: Strong focus in conversion optimization, data
analysis and reaching company goals. You have solid experience in full-cycle
events. Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams. You
are passionate about data, analytics, A/B testing, and digging for insights, and
can present your findings in concise, digestible forms.
Customer centric heart. Business Centric head: Experience in content management desired. You are obsessed with creative performance:
strong headlines, engaging post texts and figuring out which designs drive optimal
performance. Design and creative skills are nice to have. Experience managing
1:few and 1:many digital and in person events, aligning dynamics, topics and
objectives across areas.
Digital brain: strong experience in digital marketing or IT & Tech business
consulting in delivering, accelerating, and expanding leads, opportunities and
pipeline for sales through related digital marketing tactics on B2B accounts.
LATAM IT market knowledge desired. Knowledge in working/syncing with in Paid
Media/Paid Social Teams (LinkedIn, Content Syndication. Working with Email
Marketing and Marketing Automation campaigns design and execution experience
required.
Budget Stewardship: Mindful budget stewardship and follow up required. You are
detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines and manage budgets, you
own and obsess over maintaining an efficient investment.
Bachelors degree in marketing preferred with a proven record of field marketing
or event marketing. Portuguese fluency is required, Intermediate English is
desired, and Spanish is a plus.
Team player, test and learn approach has fun finding ways to make things happen
and keeps themselves and the team motivated in a high pressure but fun culture
environment. A willingness to try new things & a desire to be creative and
innovative.
6+ year experience in Field Marketing / Events Marketing and IT & Tech business in
delivering, accelerating, and expanding leads, opportunities, and pipeline for
sales through related event tactics on B2B accounts. Brazil market experience is
as a must and Mexico market experience will be a plus. LATAM Tech market knowledge
required.
Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing or related
fields, MBA Specialization or Post graduation will be a plus.
Portuguese fluency is required, Intermediate English is desired, and Spanish is a
plus.
Ability to manage several marketing Events simultaneously.
3+ years experience on Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio for data
extraction and reporting.
Agency and budget management Experience is required to manage and negotiate SOW
and Event Execution.
Partner Marketing Experience is also desired as this role is a Marketing/Partner
Marketing cross-functional role.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Travel time is approximately 40% (Brazil and LATAM).
