Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes
services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present
in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of
more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services,
upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our
customers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen as Intern - Admin Training, reporting to
Training Manager.
Key accountabilities:
Organizing and documenting courses.
Coordinating and assisting customers.
Making reservations and accompanying guided tours.
Issuing certificates.
Checking invoices received.
Administrative support to instructors and management.
Qualifications and experience:
Enrolled in a bachelors degree program Business Administration or related areas
4º to 6º semester.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Fluent English skills.
You are able to:
Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.
Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and
support.
Be aware of own strengths and limitations and pursue learning and career
development opportunities.
Be attentive to details.
Be committed.
