" Perform all check-in and check-out tasks; " Handle online and telephone reservations; " Inform customers of payment options and verify credit card details; " Register guests by requesting the necessary information (such as contact details and exact dates of their stay); " Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms; " Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities; " Respond to customer complaints professionally and promptly; " Liaise with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to meet guest needs; " Confirm group reservations and organize personalized services for VIP clients and event participants, such as wedding guests; " Sell additional activities and services, when appropriate; " Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and payments. " Work experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Receptionist or similar position; " Experience with hotel reservation software, such as CM; " Knowledge of how travel planning websites operate, such as Booking and TripAdvisor: " Customer service conduct; " Excellent communication and organization skills; " Higher education or studying Hospitality, Tourism or related areas; " Languages: proficient in English. Spanish will be an advantage; " Availability to work on a schedule, including weekends and holidays.
