Junior Business Development Manager - Brazil Branch
Thing Or Two, a leading mobile digital marketing agency headquartered in Israel,
with branches in Spain and South Korea, is expanding its global operations into
Brazil. We specialize in mobile advertising solutions and are seeking a talented
Senior Business Development Manager to kick off sales and business development
operations in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant
impact on our company's growth in this exciting market.
Position Overview
As the Sales Executive for Brazil, you will play a crucial role in identifying,
negotiating, and closing partnerships with mobile app developers and publishers in
the iOS and Android ecosystems. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced
professional who can thrive in a remote work environment, collaborate across
different time zones, and have a deep understanding of the mobile ad monetization
industry.
Responsibilities:
" Market Expansion:
Lead the expansion of Thing Or Two's operations in Brazil, with a primary focus on
building relationships and closing deals with mobile Brazilian developers in
various verticals, including games, entertainment, and shopping.
" Consultative Sales:
Deploy a consultative sales approach, catering to longer sales cycles with
top-tier publishers. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue
targets for the Brazilian market and contribute to global objectives.
" Relationship Building:
Regularly schedule and conduct in-person meetings with senior-level
decision-makers to present Thing Or Two's services and establish strong business
relationships.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect supply and demand sides,
aligning efforts to achieve company goals.
Revenue Growth:
Continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue within your portfolio of
clients and work closely with the Operations team to execute strategies.
" Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new industry verticals and
acquire new clients in the Brazilian market.
" Requirements:
" Location:
Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
" Language skills:
High proficiency in English is mandatory, and Spanish is a plus.
" Sales-oriented personality - a must!
" Background and prior knowledge in digital marketing is not required
" Creativity:
Ability to think creatively about the unique needs of potential clients and
articulate tailored solutions clearly.
" Presentation skills:
Strong presentation skills and the confidence to present our products to smart and
influential audiences.
" Negotiation skills:
Superior negotiation skills with the ability to craft agreements that maximize ROI
for both parties.
" Financial acumen:
Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial forecasts to structure profitable
partnerships.
