Sobre a vaga
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive LATAM Payroll Leader to take
charge of our Payroll and HR operational processes for 5 countries within the
LATAM Region, including Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Peru, covering around
250 employees. As the leader, you will have the autonomy to drive efficiency and
compliance while raising the bar for our operations. Beyond traditional practices,
we seek to embrace automation and digitization to enhance our payroll management.
ABOUT THE TEAM
As a member of our team, you will have autonomy to:
Manage a team of three employees, providing coordination, support, and
organization for the Payroll and HR processes.
Oversee payroll closing and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely payments,
tax compliance, and collaboration with the accounting team.
Ensure adherence to local labor legislation in the countries in LATAM and handle
accessory obligations in compliance with SOX requirements.
Establish and maintain a productive relationship with the third-party payroll
supplier, overseeing approvals, checks, and templates for core HR processes.
Collaborate with Legal to identify potential risks and adopt best practices in HR
policies.
Engage in negotiations with Labor Unions to ensure favorable conditions for both
employees and the company.
Monitor the application of collective agreements and current labor legislation.
Supervise all Personnel Administration processes, including admissions, vacations,
terminations, transfers, leaves, benefits, social charges and accounting.
Track key area indicators and propose improvement initiatives.
Prepare management reports and actively contribute to policy creation and updates.
WHO YOU ARE
You have advanced/fluency level in Spanish, which is mandatory for this role.
You possess at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Corporate Payroll and HR
processes, including knowledge of Brazilian payroll and familiarity with an
international country's regulations.
Your expertise includes Payroll Accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to
effectively guide and collaborate with stakeholders.
You excel at prioritization and multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced
environment.
