The Saudi Arabia's largest producer of hydrocarbons (oil and gas) will be in
Houston conducting face-to-face interviews for expatriate opportunities based in
Saudi Arabia.

Who are we looking for?
Conducts special studies and performs engineering analysis, development, design,
coordinate and control of assigned projects within any one of the recognized
engineering fields.
Job requires that incumbents have training, knowledge and ability in his
engineering specialty, a working knowledge of related engineering fields,
applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and recommends new continuous improvement solutions for installations or
modifications to enhance existing facilities and standardization within specific
fields.
Estimates costs, justifies expenditures, and completes required requests.
Drives project proposal activities, including scoping, interrelationship analysis,
integration, solution definition, and cost estimation.
Directs project execution for initiatives, studies, and continuous improvement
efforts.
Plans, schedules, and directs the preparation of designs, processes, reports, and
related data, ensuring efficiency and adherence to overall objectives of
challenging engineering problems.
Formulates engineering studies by analyzing relevant data and evaluating scope,
economic value, and long-term planning considerations across various engineering
fields.
Initiates detailed work outlines, makes decisions on approaches and equipment, and
delegates tasks to engineers for specialized proposals and projects.
Ensures project elements proceed on schedule and within budget, initiating
corrective actions as needed.
Reviews cost estimates, vendor recommendations, and engineering reports.
Develops scope and technology item descriptions, leading the implementation and
operation of developed solutions in the field.
Reviews directed engineers' work, ensuring reports adhere to established
presentation methods.
Provides recommendations for report changes, conducts peer reviews of technical
reports, and evaluates third-party work and engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Engineering.
Minimum 9 years of related experience.
Preferred certification:
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).

These are the steps to apply for this job

2. Interviews Stage:
If your resume matches the client´s Job description requirements a member of the
Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas may schedule a call to verify your
English level or professional experience. ONLY native or advanced speakers will
approve this evaluation.
If this process is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.
If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent
Acquisition consultant will inform you.
3. Client Interview:
This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client.
If your interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your
resume, decide, and then receive a conditional job offer.
If your phone/virtual interview is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.
4. Conditional Offer:
A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.
Conditions for employment include but are not limited to medical examinations, and
permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
