Partner with the best Facilitate Lean activities and workshops including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Blitz, Obeya, 5S Facilitate 5S system and drive for excellent result Facilitate or support continuous improvement activities (SPL, Kaizen, A3 ) in factory Engage and inspire the manufacturing, warehouse and maintenance employees to recognize process improvement opportunities and actively participate in the realization / validation of their suggestions utilizing the appropriate Lean /CI approach (5S, Standard work, Visual Management, Short Interval Control) Providing general advice to clients on Lean Drive and facilitate Business Excellence culture landing in local unit Drive and facilitate "The Bridge of Business Excellence" implementation program in a systematic approach to align with business strategies of the group and local unit Drive and facilitate Six Sigma methodologies application in a structure way under the guideline of the Group policy Mentor/coach employees in Business Excellence & Six Sigma concept and knowledge Deliver training in the Business System such as lean leadership, value stream mapping, kaizen, daily management, waste and variation elimination, material flow, standard work, cellular flow, SMED, 5S, visual management, lean sourcing, lean office, built-in quality Required Qualifications Have a bachelor's degree Have experience in continuous improvement Have a manufacturing experience Have experience with theory of constraints (desirable) Have an Intermediate English Desired experience in the O&G, automotive, value stream mapping (VSM) and/or chemical sector.
