Partner with the best As a Maintenance Excellence Expert , you will be responsible for: Lead and coordinate all the activities aimed to provide a complete outage technical package by interacting & leading all the. associated functions. Complete outage technical package. Carry out technical site assessments, if necessary, along with Advisory Rep. a/o Regional Team Interaction with Service Engineering for tech and issue resolutions. Carry out maintenance simulations and SPIR optimization. Present and follow up the technical package content to internal & external customers (if required). Act in supporting the P&L to write the commercial and technical offer as output of the outage preparation package. Develop a DTI Menu for the specific customer with a detailed outage analysis. Track/facilitate/coordinate resolution of the issues over the 100% of equipment involved in the outages preparation and will manage a tailored continuous external & internal communication process. Define a technical/quality development plan for the specific outage to improve reliability & availability of the involved equipment. Interface with Technical Sales & Sales teams to identify and generate ideas to customers to improve the efficiency of the customer operations. Promote advisory service activity in the outage preparation. Manage the interface with RGM, Accounts, Tech. Sales & Com Ops to generate further commercial opportunities. Interact with segment Service Product Leadership to develop tailored maintenance and services. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelors Degree in related field Strong experience in a multinational company, with focus on Field services, technical services and/or Outage Engineering. Experience in rotating equipment maintenance & operations (background as field engineer or site manager would be preferable). Robust knowledge of Operations & Maintenance including specific product expertise (e.g. troubleshooting, technical assistance, auxiliary equipment's etc.) Willing to expand his/her knowledge by learning other technologies to generate redundancy & additional efficiency with the rest of the team. Must be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative. Willing to travel. Familiarization with Company technical e-tools. Driven by Results accomplishments vs. providing a service. Proactive, positive & team player attitude. Must have good presentation skills. Fluent spoken English essential, another language would be a distinct advantage. General understanding of Energy and/or Petroleum Market/Applications + BH product portfolio. Process mindset and analytical approach.
