Sobre a vaga
The scope of this position will cover all non-production equipment such as HVAC
equipment's, utilities equipment and building maintenance installed in Paulinia
Site. Additionally, a number of different systems will under this scope such as
automation systems, calibration systems, BMS and others. As daily routine, ensure
the max availability of equipment's and systems will be the major task for this
role.
As second priority, but as challenging as, the position requires a strong
leadership with a combination of technical skills, as well as financial
management, management of topics related to the quality management system and
third-party management (sub-contractors).
Management and leadership of improvement/optimization projects is also expected.
Project management and experience with Quality Systems within pharmaceutical
industry.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Utilities equipment's and system availability.
Adherence to the preventive maintenance plan.
Adherence to the quality system.
Guarantee the budget of responsibility.
People development
Projects.
Global Survey.
Requirements:
Required:
Superior degree in engineering or business management, as differential MBA or
another superior course.
Solid experience in the industrial maintenance area (chemical, cosmetics and/or
food).
Solid experience leading projects involving clean water, HVAC, compressed air for
the pharmaceutical process.
People leadership, focused on training.
Solid knowledge in productivity and continuous improvement projects.
Experience in conducting activities related to reliability and management of large
maintenance shutdowns.
English:
advanced.
Desirable:
Knowledge of industrial projects and reliability in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid experience in the industrial maintenance area (chemical, cosmetics and/or
food).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Minimum Green Belt.
