Vaga de Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities: Control the performance of the maintenance function and the development of best practice maintenance competences;Be fully aware of the Manufacturing demands in terms of target availability, SHEQ compliance, and acceptable maintenance costs;Be the owner of the maintenance budget;Set priorities for preventive maintenance plan development and optimization and analysis of general maintenance indicators;Evaluating safety & quality problems in the execution of jobs, whether performed by internal or external labor;Guarantee the highest quality of shopfloor execution according to local, state, federal, and international compliance. Requirements:Graduation of engineering for maintenance, production, industrial automation, chemical or correlation;Minimal of 3 years as supervision role at maintenance;English writer and speaker for technical issues (desirable);Ownership spirit for the department.
