We are seeking a Manufacturing Strategy & Performance Advisor to play a pivotal role in operationalizing Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organization's strategy and drive value driven manufacturing offerings represented in manufacturing programs and full potential assessments. As a global leader in specialty manufacturing, GME is focused on maximizing value across the Wholly Owned and Affiliated refining portfolio through strategic planning, operations excellence, and continuous improvements to drive manufacturing performance excellence. Your primary role is to lead key workstreams that advance GME's manufacturing capabilities and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage GMEs Strategic Value-driven Roadmap. Develop comprehensive manufacturing strategies leveraging portfolio prioritization and value mapping. Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives and communications on strategic initiatives. Coordinate governance bodies, including pre-board evaluations and advisory services. Oversee portfolio and affiliate performance management through benchmarking and optimization advisory. Translate GME's vision into measurable strategic and operational KPIs. Conduct feasibility assessments and business case development for expansion opportunities. Advise affiliates board management on manufacturing optimization programs. Track and report GME metrics to senior leadership on progress towards objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. An advance degree (MBA/ Finance) is preferable. +10 years of experience in manufacturing strategy consulting or a corporate strategic planning role. Expertise in portfolio management, business case development and manufacturing operations is essential. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships is also a requirement. Demonstrated previous success developing and implementing strategic roadmaps. Familiarity with benchmarking and performance management frameworks such as Solomon or RAM. Ability to translate strategic vision into action through structured process facilitation. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are also a requirement. Client Interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client. If your interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, decide, and then receive a conditional job offer. If your phone/virtual interview is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you. 4. Conditional Offer: A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment. Conditions for employment include but are not limited to medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
