SOBRE A TMF GROUP
This role is based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. and will require some in-office time
(hybrid work structure). Ideal candidate will be located or willing to relocate to
Sao Paulo.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy;
Plan, organize and direct the countrys activities to achieve stated/agreed
targets and standards for financial performance;
Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development to ensure
continued success and expansion of the business; particularly across the Global
Entity Management, Capital Markets and Funds Services space;
Privilege internal promotion always, or recruit (when applicable or necessary),
develop and engage managers, ensuring the Group is a first-choice employer for the
best talent in the business;
Develop and lead a high performing management team focused on ensuring that all
employees perform at optimum levels to grow the business and nurture new and
existing client relationships;
Maintain and develop the organizations culture, values, and protect/enhance its
reputation with staff, clients, business partners and regulatory/official bodies;
Develop effective relationships and work closely with other Market Heads to
maximize opportunities for cross referrals and global business development;
Represent the Group in Brazil with regards to business relations, clients and
other third parties; the Market Head acts as a legal representative for regulatory
and compliance purposes;
Full responsibility for the results and budget (Revenue and EBITDA) of the Group
in Brazil;
Liaise with other market and regional leaders to ensure cross-collaboration and
unity on strategic vision
Actively promote and contribute to the OneWorld strategy seeking global or
regional expansion by nurturing existing client contacts

identified opportunities.

necessary.
Able to partner with others effectively and collaboratively across the

Clearly and concisely articulates results and ideas using a variety of media and
formats and is persuasive and convincing in front of a challenging audience.
Acts with the gravitas needed to engage at Senior Management levels in the client
space and within the Group.
Technical skills/Job Specific skills
Management experience to be able to drive the results of the team but also dive in
to help with key opportunities.
Ability to speak the language of the client with a likely experience in the
industry of the client portfolio under personal management.
Ability to collaborate and to define and deliver outcomes in an international
matrix environment across a broad set of cultures and business practices.
Flexible mindset and able to thrive in fluid environments, without the need for
rigid structure.
Able to travel internationally when required meeting clients face to face and for
internal/team meetings.
Competent with the use of key business software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint as a minimum set) and hardware (PC, smartphone).
Key Responsibilities:
Develops strategic relationships with intermediaries and other partners.
Oversees client relationship management activities and organic revenue growth.
Drives business planning and tailors strategy in accordance with Group strategy.
Anchors the principles of One TMF within the Geography.
Fully understands TMF Groups business lines, regulatory requirements and how the
organization is structured.
Will understand the financial implications of decisions on both the business area
and Group bottom line.
Will consider economic and commercial landscape when designing and implementing
strategy.
Will manage programs, ensuring they are within budget and meet commercial
objectives.
Empowers people to take accountability and achieve results.
Creates and communicates a clear and compelling vision for the business area to
stakeholders and team members.
Will ensure the business area is appropriately staffed to meet demands in a
responsive and efficient manner.
Builds and maintains relationships at all levels across the group.
Manages internal and external strategic relationships.
Engages and builds credibility with influential individuals both internally and
externally.
Will manage stakeholder expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns
as appropriate.
Will challenge constructively and make difficult decisions.
Upholds the values of the organisation in all they do.
Role model for the team, role modeling Group Values and appropriate work ethic.
May own the strategy of a business area and may input into the wider business
strategy
Ensure alignment between local strategy & policies and Group strategy.
Takes accountability for the strategic challenges and priorities of the business
area applying these insights into appropriate solutions.
Key knowledge and experience:
Graduate in a relevant field and a professional qualification.
10+ years experience
Extensive people management experience, including individuals and groups.
Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Other
software packages as appropriate.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus.
