We are looking for a dynamic and strategic candidate to be a part of our Market
Segment team and drive the Food business. This role involves defining and
executing strategies, fostering a strategic growth program, and using Doehlers
digital tools and channels to support Regional growth plans & development. If you
are someone who can provide commercial & technical know-how & application and is

YOUR ROLE
Strategic Vision & Leadership:
Develop and implement the regional strategy to achieve a leading position in the
Market Segment Food (Dairy & Ice Cream and Bakery & Confectionery);
Develop and implement the strategy by developing and executing a development plan
in your AoR;
Develop strategic guidelines for market relevant concepts to support the
got-to-market activities;
Drive a strategic product development program for the Market Segment by converting
market needs and trends into internal innovation briefings and projects to develop
& complete our product offerings.
Management & Development:
Monitor and support the Global Market Segment Manager team in executing Global
Initiatives;
Support the team in rolling out innovative initiatives, closely collaborating with
business units, application & sales teams;
Leverage available digital tools for the execution of the growth plans.
Market Expansion & Customer Engagement:
Engage in customer visits and events, partnering actively with the sales to
develop new business opportunities;
Lead MS driven Customer Centric proactive Short-Mid-Long term Innovation pipeline.
Process & Training:
Drive continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational
structures;
Spearhead in-house trainings and activities to enhance a deeper comprehension of
the market segment.
YOUR PROFILE
Extensive experience in Product Management and/or Category Management and/or B2B
Marketing, preferably within the Food Industry.
Undergraduate degree:
Techno commercial mix of Food Science & Business Administration fields.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a proven track
record of meeting deadlines.
Robust analytical and conceptual skills.
Collaborate across multiple functions and regions to drive initiatives forward
creating results.
Foster creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and
strategies.
Deal with multiple priorities, adapting to changing business needs and objectives.
Communicate effectively across various departments, focusing on simplicity and
clarity.
Global mindset with experience in matrix organizations, emphasizing
cross-functional collaboration.
Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a hands-on approach.
Fluent in Portuguese, English & Spanish.
