We provide dental marketing services and business training solutions to help
dental practice owners in over 60 cities in the United States, United Kingdom, and
Portugal increase revenue, improve profitability, and scale their operations and
teams.
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, overseeing,
and optimizing paid lead generation campaigns, mainly on Meta, as well as building
and managing strong relationships with your awesome clients. In short, you are
responsible for Making Clients Happy and Delivering Solid Dental Marketing
Results.
Making Clients Happy (Responsibilities):
- Understand and help our clients (dental practice owners grow their business)
- Onboard and welcome new clients on their first Status Update call (Zoom)
- Meet with our awesome clients regularly to keep them and yourself in the loop
- Train the dental practice's team on patient scheduling and closing best
practices
- Be available and ready to help your clients whenever they need you
- Help clients strategize and understand how marketing plays a role in scaling
their business
- Be kind, understanding, and positive. Even when not everyone reciprocates with
you.
Deliver Solid Dental Marketing Results (Responsibilities):
- Edit quality videos fast
- Write quality ad copy and headlines
- Create and manage Meta Ads dental marketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign KPIs, optimize and improve campaigns, and do reporting on those
campaigns
- Be able to create very different ad concepts and angles
- Create systems, checklists, and training videos (both for clients and
internally)
- Create high-quality static ads on Canva
- Do basic to intermediate image editing on Photoshop
- Build web pages on WordPress or Divi (similar to Wix or Square Space)
- Build integrations between Meta Ads, Zapier, Google Sheets, and other similar
tools
- Keep on learning. Seek out new skills, study new platforms, and keep on learning
new strategies!
Soft Skills Needed:
- Perfect English
- A commitment of at least 10 years to this mission (long-term commitment)
- High intelligence
- Experienced in small business
- Deep understanding of American (or British) culture
- Hard-working track-record
- Strong communication / persuasion skills
- Able to follow checklists attentively and without making mistakes
- Be a cool person
- Be a positive person
- Not a transactional-only person
- Have had at least one verifiable prior job earning above the national average
wage
- Able to work weekdays between 6 am and 4 pm.
- Reachable and responsive during weekdays.
- Able to make autonomous decisions for the good of the company and clients
- Weekends belong to you, weekdays belong to the company. Some weekdays you will
have to work from 6 am to 10 pm. If you are not willing to do this, please do not
apply, as we will not be the right fit for you.
- You will need a quiet home office environment, a fast internet connection, and a
fast computer. You will be provided a company computer after the first month, but
you will use your own during the first month.

Hard Skills Needed
- Experience (at least 1 year) in one-on-one sales or consulting or as a B2B
account manager
- Experience (at least 1 year) in digital marketing lead generation, ideally for
local businesses
- Advanced Windows / tech understanding and use of advanced computer features
seamlessly
- Good video and image editing skills
- Solid copywriting and advertising knowledge
