Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or animal science related fields Min 6 years of experience in marketing, and at least 3 years in management roles Proven track record in developing strong marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies Strong leadership skills, capable of building and motivating large teams. Proficiency in applying marketing methodologies (7Ps, product positioning tools, marketing initiatives ROI calculations, etc) Experience in managing marketing budget, and/or P&Ls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Good communication in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in animal production companies is highly desirable Experience in both mass marketing and account-based marketing strategies Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns Experience in managing a marketing budget Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Be able to work independently and as part of a team #LI-Onsite Note: This position requires a candidate ready to lead strategic transformation, by leveraging external insights, anticipating market trends, and devising innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
