Job Purpose and Impact This role will be responsible for leading marketing strategy development and execution across Cargill's Latam South region, covering poultry, swine, dairy, and beef, as well as institutional initiatives. Responsibilities include creating marketing plans, executing campaigns, and managing budgets. Additionally, the role involves driving team growth through skill enhancement via performance assessments, training, and feedback. Effective stakeholder management is crucial, requiring relationship building with key internal stakeholders (local, regional, and global) strategic clients, external partners/agencies, and media. #LI-RF3 Key Accountabilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for Cargill's Latam South region Lead and execute Brand and Marketing strategies Create and execute marketing campaigns and events Manage the marketing budget Lead strategic projects marketing workstreams Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Managing and developing the team Design and execute market and competitive insights analyses Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or animal science related fields Min 6 years of experience in marketing, and at least 3 years in management roles Proven track record in developing strong marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies Strong leadership skills, capable of building and motivating large teams. Proficiency in applying marketing methodologies (7Ps, product positioning tools, marketing initiatives ROI calculations, etc) Experience in managing marketing budget, and/or P&Ls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Good communication in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in animal production companies is highly desirable Experience in both mass marketing and account-based marketing strategies Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns Experience in managing a marketing budget Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Be able to work independently and as part of a team #LI-Onsite Note: This position requires a candidate ready to lead strategic transformation, by leveraging external insights, anticipating market trends, and devising innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
