CTdoAgro is selecting a Marketing Manager for our client Elicit Plant, one of the global leaders in the phytosterols industry in BioSolutions. RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote the company and portfolio. · Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop market strategies. · Execute marketing tactics, including advertising campaigns, events, digital media, and product launches. · Contribute to strategic planning. · Define and monitor key performance indicators. · Ensure marketing activities comply with local and international laws and regulations. REQUIREMENTS · Education: Agronomy · Postgraduate or MBA: Marketing / People Management / Agribusiness Management Experience or knowledge: · Strategic and operational marketing within the agribusiness sector. · In-depth knowledge of Brazilian and international agribusiness. · Development and implementation of marketing strategies. · Excellent communication and leadership skills. · Expert in CRM tools. · Know how to communicate using social media. Availability: for frequent travel, both national and international.
