Responsible of technical education and training for medical staff, sales team and
others in order to promote our products, assure the correct usage of our breasts
implants.
Responsible for the selection of the right distributing partners and creating
strong relations with our partners. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides
leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line
with company vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for
clients and Account Executives.
Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Develops a close relationship with our distributing partners and support them to
reach the sales objective.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
Responsible for budget and forecast.
Liaison between Distributors and Company.
Monitoring Distributors
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to build relationships with
KOL (training, selection for congress,.).
Train Distributors and their Sales Team
Surgeon training:
continuously share medical information with surgeons about ESTA products,
benefits, objectives and general information to assure the safe and effective use
of our implants.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with surgeons and medical staff, to act
as an expert on breast implants and other services that the company promote.
Build and execute digital and traditional mkt strategies with different partners
execute on the strategic plan following calendar of activities
Work closely with regulatory to make sure products are registered adequately
Plan and execute on the launch of new products/programs in the region and select
the right distributors for each launch when required
Work closely with legal to ensure contract are in place with the correct terms and
conditions
Work closely with finance to ensure account receivables are compliant and credit
limits are followed
Work with finance to set prices ensuring profitability and growth for the company
Work closely with supply chain and customer care to have an accurate demand
planning and also provide a good service to our customers
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provides timely, accurate strategy while striving to maintain maximum market
share.
Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures
that they are communicated and implemented within the team and all LATAM
distributors
Full knowledge and follow up of HCPs (Plastic surgeons, mastologists&), Hospitals,
KOLs, Physician expert both Locally and globally. Develop and maintain strong
relationship with them having a strong network
Implement specific Dashboards to follow up LATAM distributors performance (Sales,
Average Selling Price, Stocks, KOLs, investments etc)
Assessment of all LATAM markets gathering all marketing and market research data
available for Business Intelligence in terms of physicians, KOLs, import data,
competition, Social media, physicians practices/procedures.
Relationships and Roles:
Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for
prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with direct reports to build motivation
and selling skills.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of
client satisfaction.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Perfect knowledge of competition
Create strong relationship by country with main HCPs (health care professionals),
KOLs, Experts&
Job Specifications:
Knowledge of Breast Implants market in LATAM
Minimum of 5 years experience within in a similar role, working across both B2B.
Experience and Direct-to-Consumer/B2C/B2B2C sales channels and teams.
Experience running sales in direct market organization will be a plus.
Proactivity and capacity to offer solutions to identified problems.
High level of business acumen.
Excellent networking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,
leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in driving business growth and revenue delivery.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Capacity to work very closely with different teams to get the right level of
support and deliver on the objective.]
