This role is responsible for the investigation, analysis, and conversion of customer needs into effective and sustainable solutions. The Business Analyst role involves liaising with internal departments as well as interacting with key partners and third parties to identify opportunities and inefficiencies and to design solutions to address the opportunities. Candidate Profile. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of agile concepts and themes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated capability in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. A willingness to create solutions to problems of all sizes and taking calculated risks to achieve results. Ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations at the same time. Knowledge of risk and the payments industry.
