Boeing Brazil is seeking Mid-Career Strategy Development Specialist, reporting to
the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos,
Brazil office.
The Mid-Career Strategy Development Specialist will to join the BBETC - Boeing
Brazil Engineering & Technology Center team to develop strategic alternatives,
drive decision alignment, and deploy strategic initiatives to drive value
delivery, innovation and productivity.
The Mid-Career Strategy Development Specialist will develop and deploy strategic
alternatives, drive senior leadership decision making, obtain insights and
identify enablers to deploy strategic initiatives that will create value to BBETC
and Boeing Global Engineering. In addition, you will cultivate relationships,
communicate, integrate across local and global engineering teams, functional
teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops strategic alternatives and hypothesis-driven approaches, so as to define
value propositions for BBETC
Drive strategic decision making
Performs project management duties (i.e. planning, managing, reporting) for
delivering key strategic initiatives; Monitors projects execution and prioritize
projects based on strategic priorities
Present work product to executives, senior leadership, and other internal and
external stakeholders
Communicates and collaborates openly and effectively with local and global
stakeholders, including engineering and functional teams
Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to identify and monitor RIOs risks, issues
and opportunities - and create mitigation plans to remove roadblocks as well as to
capture strategic opportunities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelors degree in accredited course of study
Must be legally able to work in Brazil
Must have advanced/fluent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in the
English language
Experience in strategy development and strategic decision making
Experience in project management (i.e. scope, schedule, resources, risk
management, etc)
Working experience with Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Power
Point, etc)
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience in Aerospace industry
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (EazyBI, PowerBI, etc)
Experience in integrating tools such as Jira / ADO with Project, etc)
Knowledge of Project Management frameworks (ex. PMBOK) and agile methods

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have
current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are
determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
