What you will do: Develop training and development programs based on identified needs, aligned with organizational objectives Coordinate the execution and implementation of training programs, workshops, and professional development activities Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, providing support in monitoring and analyzing results Participate in organizational change management processes, assisting employees in adapting to new strategies and practices Develop internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness Manage and optimize different internal communication channels Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote organizational culture, values, and initiatives Organize corporate events ÿContribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders Develop leadership Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives Disseminate the values and culture Fluent English Reside in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
