stimulants. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic
Senior Key Account Manager to spearhead our market penetration efforts within the
Brazil.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team
and drive business growth within the Brazil market. The successful candidate will
be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts, advancing
product life-cycle management, and crafting registration strategies tailored to
local market dynamics and crop conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and nurture relationships
with key clients and stakeholders across Brazil.
Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs, promoting product benefits,
and providing tailored solutions to meet agricultural challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales
teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and market penetration.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts to secure long-term
partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to
anticipate opportunities and challenges in the Brazil agricultural sector.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and
customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business
operations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance
brand visibility and expand networking opportunities within the Brazil
agricultural community.
Uphold the company's commitment to sustainability, quality, and customer
satisfaction in all interactions and business activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Business Administration, or related
field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business
development within the Brazil agricultural industry.
Experience working for internationally renowned companies (such as Bayer, BASF,
Syngenta) or well-known agricultural companies is preferred.
Proven track record of success in building and managing key customer
relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop production cycles, and
regulatory frameworks within the Brazil.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to
effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and a results-driven
mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
