Our client is seeking an Intermediate Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. * Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies; * Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management; * Manage the daily activits with Operations and Finance; * Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures; * Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data; * Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary; * Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. * Advanced Excel * Advanced English * Finance, Accountant and events knowledge.
