Krones do Brasil is looking for an Onsite Manager with his/her technical expertise to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the field for national and international customers. The professional will be responsible for coordinating all installation activities from the reception of the equipment, assembly, testing, start-up, commissioning, and acceptance teste always exceeding of customer expectations. Informações adicionais: · Bachelor as an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Complete technical training with specialization to Project Management Concepts. · More than 7 years of experience as a technician in the field service or in an equivalent function inside the Manufactory Industry. · Fluent English and advanced Spanish are mandatory languages. · German will be considered an advantage. · Knowledge in the implementation of the DIN/VDE/IEC standards in line installation. · Knowledge of Machinery Safety and applicable accident prevention regulations. · Knowledge of aseptic/sterile and beverage filling processes (also in the pharmaceutical industry) and their application will be considered an advantage. · Required advanced knowledge with MS Office / MS Project / MS Excel. · Ability to manage a project team (Krones and sub-suppliers) meeting respective laws, project KPIs and customer expectations with success and efficiently. · Ability to communicate actively in writing and orally. · Leadership skills: Team management, conflict resolution, feedback/feedforward, decision making and visible management system. · Availability to perform long-term national and international projects onsite · Knowledge in SAP/Sales Force. · To have actions/plans guided by Lean methodologies/tools: PDCA, DMAIC, 5-Why-Method, Ishikawa and so on  desirable Yellow or Green Belt certification Benefits Health care. Juscelino, 1140 - Piraporinha, Diadema - SP, Brazil Zip Code: 09950-370 Hybrid work: Yes · To organize and ensure an administrative standard infrastructure (internet, container, furniture, tools, etc.) · To plan activities of the subcontractors, OEM and Krones personel (technicians) and follow this up weekly. · To coordinate the entry of machines into the factory, assembly, commissioning, capacity optimization, as well as acceptance of individual machines and complete machines from the Krones product program (nationally and internationally). · To optimize machine capacity, project costs and carry out acceptances. · To check and validate the organization of the subcontractors infrastructure, as well as materials, boxes, Krones equipment and tools belonging to their scope. · To evaluate the qualification of the subcontractors staff. · To control and report the progress of the contracted scope, including presentation of an action plan and solutions (PDCA method). · To control the installation execution quality, according to experience and training applied by Krones on quality and best practices in projects. Must be able to audit, check and technically request correction over the execution of the project. · To ensure detailed daily record of the project (related to the contracted scope). · To ensure adherence of scope of the project, register, and inform necessary modifications internally to assure correct as built and other documentation. · To understand DIN 8743 and implementation (how is the respective result reached). · To have constant contact with key people at the costumers and with all Krones departments to discuss escalation topics that need escalation or processes in Portuguese, Spanish and English (German will be considered as an advantage). · To pursue economic company goals as well as cost-conscious usage of available resources. · To plan subcontractors and Krones specialists activities, performing periodical follow up, reports, etc. Benefits Health care.
