Sobre a vaga
Airswift is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work on a permanent contract in
Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Coordinates vessel operations, monitoring performance goals, activity schedule,
achievement of results, improvement actions and safety principles, in accordance
with the contract established with the client and the ethical and safety
principles established by the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides information to the commercial department in order to enable it to develop
new proposals;
Identifies the need for resource allocation and discusses with managers the
correct allocation to execute the activity in accordance with the scope of work;
Ensures offshore crew is trained in accordance with ship and company requirements;
Reviews and criticizes procedures (including Engineering ones), ensuring that the
information is correct and properly updated;
Stimulates the correct flow of information and maximizes synergy between the
project team, the ship's crew and the company's various functional areas;
Monitors meetings with managers to ensure that activities are planned and
implemented according to requirements, on time and within the pre-defined budget;
Monitors and guarantees the resources, materials and equipment necessary for the
proper functioning of ships;
Ensures that the ship is operating in accordance with safety and environmental
standards and requirements, through review of procedures and audits;
Performs regular audits on board the ship, in order to identify possible
non-conformities and identify possible improvements and optimization of resources
and equipment;
Approves and releases payments, observing the authority level limits defined in
the internal procedure;
Prepares monthly reports that include information on the ship's operations,
performance and financial performance results;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Complete higher education in Engineering;
Fluent English;
Knowledge of the operation of line laying vessels;
Extensive experience in coordinating projects and/or processes and teams on line
launching vessels.
