The Company Multinational industry in the segment of plastic and packaging, based on Jundiaí region. Job description You will be the most responsible person for a new production line in the company, to launch a new product in the market; Being responsible for managing the whole project of a new production line starting; Acting as a Project Manager in the beggining of the project to asure all steps of the project will occur according to the company's schedule and guarantee that the deadlines will be achieved Conducting technical teams with factory organization, layout definition, process standards and project deadline with all areas involved; After the new production line is placed, you will be responsible for controlling production targets (daily and monthly), safety standards, quality requirements and eficiency level; Being in contact with the European headquarters to implement the company's process standards in the Brazilian unit; Managing a team with about 50 people involved in the new production line. Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences Graduation in Engineering; Advanced or fluent English; Solid skills with leadership and people management; Strong knowledge in factory and production line management; Differential: experience in segments such as automotive, packacing, plastics, food and beverage or mechanical manufacturing.
