Responsabilidades e atribuições: Participar da reunião segurança DSS/ troca de turno; Participar das reuniões com a Renault; Análises de resultados diário/PDM/APPF; Cumprir com as normas de segurança, Near Miss, saúde, meio ambiente, políticas, normas e procedimentos da PPG e da planta que estiver trabalhando. Cuidar para que os objetivos de qualidade estejam dentro do estabelecido; Movimentação dos produtos PPG para linha do cliente; Abastecimento produtos linha do cliente; Suporte técnico dos produtos fornecidos; Estratificar/rastrear/solucionar dados de defeitos como: Fervuras, trincas exsudação, repelência, falta de adesão...etc; Preenchimento e atualização da LAP (Lista de Ações e Pendencias sobre manutenções e melhorias); Levantamento/lançamento dos dados de controle no PDM Renault/PPG; Supervisionar e manter o 5S no ambiente de trabalho; Acompanhamento para a implantação de novos materiais em linha; Estratificação de dados das máquinas (ex.:consumo por carroceria, volume de produção, número de purgas e simulações etc.); Realizar estudos e elaborar projetos de melhoria contínua; Avaliação parâmetros de processo (Delta scope, data paq,etc) Manter contato direto com todas as áreas da PPG Pinhais e Sumaré; Atualização/manutenção das ferramentas PPG; Atualização/manutenção Paternariado. Controle da CPU; Auxiliar Forecast. Requisitos e qualificações: Graduação em Química ou em Engenharia.
