Job Summary The consultant will be responsible for influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists ensuring effective recommendation and prescription of Colgate products by dental professionals. As is the use of Colgate products in the dental office. Main Duties and Responsibilities Visit dentists doing technical-scientific advertising detailing and sampling hygiene products and the professional line. Carry out research, analysis and reports on your dentist base. Directly responsible for sales of personalized and electric brushes, line of professional products in the office. Establish relationships with dentists at your base and develop long-term partnerships. Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies where we have dentists visited by the consultant. Supervise and develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates from dentists in your base and indication of pharmacy discount coupons in partner networks. Visit pharmacies to boost sales of Colgate products that are underperforming. Monitor, develop strategies that help achieve direct sales goals. Monitor and develop strategies to achieve visitation goals. Active participation in the transformation of the area with planning, Analytics and Business Mindset. Basic requirements include: Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising or Dentistry. Experience: Desirable to have experience in the commercial area with a focus on sales, customer service and demand generation/prescription of products; Desirable experience with commercial activities within the dental profession; Desirable experience in preparing business plans, professional presentations and client management. Skills: - Intermediate knowledge in Office and Google Tools (knowledge in Excel and Google sheets is required). - Basic or intermediate English.
