Decorate the unit for festive occasions. Identify and support students with learning difficulties. Conduct parent meetings. Manage the administrative tasks of teachers (agendas, grading exams, payroll, transportation vouchers, attendance records). Organize extra-curricular activities to promote engagement within the school. Collaborate with the sales team to attract new students. Ensure student retention (CRUCIAL). Regularly observe and provide feedback on teacher classes. Participate in training sessions provided by the franchisor. Follow up with absent students via phone calls. Provide remedial classes for students facing difficulties. Maintain a class schedule within coordinator hours to stay connected with the teaching methodology.
