As a part of the Global Performance team, partner with the Brazil MD and LT to
drive the performance of the market by cascading strategic objectives, via the MBO
program and other Performance frameworks, to the Brazil LT and their teams.
Coordinate the process to set the right goals, manage performance processes and
connect performance to the talent development cycles.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Be the Performance partner for the Brazil LT and their teams.
Owner of the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for Brazil.
Responsible for all MBO processes:
cascade, dashboard checks, MBO updates, KPI definitions and MBO committee.
Coach leaders and teams to implement performance frameworks and processes in these
functions, working with the wider Global Performance team.
Bridge global, zone and market functions to ensure partnership and alignment of
objectives, KPIs and performance processes.
Owner of the Championships (if applicable) under his/her area(s). Responsible to
support the development and execution of the program.
Guarantee that the KPIs owned in Brazil and their controls are always updated and
reflecting business results.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Interest in and experience of performance management systems, tools and frameworks
or experience in operational improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to work with
senior leaders in the company.
Diligence and attention to detail to ensure that controls are maintained and
standards are upheld given the impact on employee compensation in an audited
environment.
Improvement and growth mindset to challenge the status quo and identify
improvement opportunities.
