Responsible for planning and scheduling shop ops in short, medium and long-terms.
As a Planner specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing daily, medium and the long-term planning/scheduling shop operations
aligned with customer needs.
Working with shop ops to maximize workforce utilization and projects hours
efficiency.
Managing daily and the long-term scheduling while maintaining productivity cost
controls.
Providing production charts and report out on a weekly basis the expected billing
for the quarters.
Maintaining engineering schedule and assist in improving the planning process.
Maintaining schedules with summary reports immediately available.
Planning and schedule Design Reviews for the product lines.
Tracking product development processes.
Connecting with ITO, OTR and sales teams, in order to assure customers targets and
goals.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you must:
Have a associates' Degree in Supply Chain.
Have experience in related activities
Have fluency in English
Demonstrate experience in planning and scheduling ops activities
Have a good understanding of Oracle or SAP and MRP functionality
Be able to work with and influence stakeholders
Be a strategic thinker on execution with a sense of urgency, and a high level of
organization
Have an awareness of HSE, Quality and Reliability requirements, and be able to
follow all related policies and procedures
