Expectations & Tasks
The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As CoE Consultant for Planning Areas, you will analyze End to End Procurement Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks:
Assess Business Processes maturity and performances, identifying opportunities of
improvements with SAP IBP Modules.
Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, Document business
requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs on SAP
IBP Modules.
Remote / Onsite support in critical customer situations like Global Escalations or
War Rooms.
Skills / Competencies
Mandatory.
At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP Modules like Sales and
Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and
Supply, etc.
A least one End-to-end implementation experience in deploying one or more of the
IBP Modules listed.
Knowledge in the Integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud
Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI).
Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
Preferred / Good to have.
Experienced in complex projects and international environment.
Certification in SAP IBP Modules
Additional knowledge / certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions
Additional
The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelors degree in computer science
or engineering.
Well-developed customer focus and problem solving.
Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution focused,
willing to learn.
Language Skills
Portuguese Mandatory
English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting
customers in all Americas region
