Informações adicionais: ª Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take actions to balance market/channel/customer development. ª Manage total pricing procedure, establish efficient processes to ensure agile response to market conditions. ª Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and harmonized pricing policies within Europe and other American Regions ª Take part in Americas Pricing Workshops. ª Visit markets, meet customers and review price / product offering in stores. ª Provide pricing reports to Market Managers with recommendations in order to define proactive actions. ª Responsible for Lotus Notes approval tool, system created to register all commercial approvals with audit purposes for 6 BUs PLT, CVT, CST, Two wheel, ContiTread. IT management creation / change of roles and workflows. ª Provide leadership in the deliver of KPIs for Head of Pricing BUs PLT & CVT: - Monthly price updates for Tire Board Meeting (Top Management The Americas). - Quarterly price adjustments, key competitors actions, pure price report. - Strategic plan and results. ª Manage and supervise pricing analysis to ensure the pricing of products to stay competitive in the market. ª Supervise pricing related system operations (upload price and discounts) on SAP for all Andean countries and the following Business Units: PLT, CVT, CST, Two wheel, ContiTread to ensure appropiate sales administration processes. ª Review data collection and analysis of key competitors information complying with corporate standards for decision making process. ª Prepare price lists for PLT & CVT for all channels and ensure timely maintenance of updated information to communicate to customers. ª Cooperate with Controlling in terms of price and profit monitoring, CMC information and finantial goals for every country, support with pricing information in budget and forecast preparation. ª Support on achieving PLT & CVT sales volume and profitability goals defined on Budget meetings for Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Perú and Bolivia ª Define adequate price corridors within and between distribution channels in the market ª Create recomendations for commercial policies ª Assist with customer negotiations and contract preparation. ª Information analysis generation (sales, data imports, research, etc.) for decision making. ª Reporting and KPI visibility: Market size, trends and competitors. ª Management and analysis of all market information sources, tech tools and market intelligence for andean region. ª Lead consumer research agenda as the base for marketing plans and strategies. ª BU main contact for best practice sharing, and high level reporting and budget.
